Nice activity house near Ebeltoft

Interior
Close to a nice bathing beach, you will find this beautiful and well-kept house. The house, which is suitable for the large family or two families contains the following: Large utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. Beautiful bright living room stylishly furnished with nice furniture and with e.g. a wood stove. In con­nection to the living room is the beautiful kitchen with eve­ryt­hing in ap­pli­an­ces. The sleeping places of the house is divided into 4 great rooms with closets, 2 rooms with a double bed and 2 with single beds. Two very beautiful bathrooms, of which one has a spa-bath. Large activity room with e.g. billiards, table tennis and game console. For the small holiday guests there is a crib and a highchair. Eve­rywhe­re in the house there is tile floor with un­der­floor heating. The house is heated with geo­t­her­mal heat, which makes it cheap in consump­tion. There is internet in the house.

Outdoor
The house is located on a lovely ground and is sur­ro­un­ded by a very large terrace area with nice garden furniture, sun loungers and a garden grill. There is also a nice fireplace with seating. If you would like to spend the night outdoor, you can use the cozy shelter. Here you must remember to bring your own sleeping pads and duvets, as the house´s duvets and mattres­ses may not be used in the shelter. The small holiday guests are also thought of, with a sandbox, a swing set and football goals.

Location
Lyngsbæk is a nice and quiet area close to a nice and child friendly sand beach. In the area there are more eating places and op­portu­ni­ties for grocery shopping. The area has a hilly terrain and is suitable for walking and bike rides. From the house there is about a 10-minute drive to Ebeltoft city, which is the nicest tourist town imag­i­nab­le. Go for a walk in the nice, cobbled streets with the small cozy sidewalk cafes and specialty shops, and a trip to the fishing port is recom­men­dab­le. There is a short drive to the Nordic region´s largest amusement at­tra­ction Djurs Som­mer­land with rides for both big and small.
