The beach is pure sand in some places and can be a bit mixed in others. Not far from the house you will find Øer Maritime Ferieby, where you can do your daily shopping and it's about a 10-minute drive to Ebeltoft, where you will find many cosy shops and re­stau­rants. Here you can also visit the Old Town Hall and the Glass Museum. You can also explore Mols Bjerge National Park, which offers mag­ni­fi­cent nature and unique hiking trails. The house is just an hour's drive from the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, Djurs Som­mer­land, with acti­vi­ties for both young and old, which is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit for the whole family.
