There’s plenty of space for both re­laxa­tion and quality time, whether you’re enjoying a delicious meal at the dining table, playing games in the activity room, or soaking up the sun on the terrace.

Welcome inside
Step into a bright and cozy oasis where the holiday spirit greets you instantly. The heart of the house is the spacious open living area with a lovely dining space and a comfy sofa where you can put your feet up after a day full of ad­ven­tu­res. The kitchen is fully equipped with eve­ryt­hing you need—dis­hwas­her, oven, stovetop, and a spacious fridge-freezer—so you can easily prepare delicious holiday meals.

The house has three inviting bedrooms: one with two single beds, one with a double bed and a cozy reading nook by the window, and a master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom featuring a bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is another bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer. As a cherry on top, the house offers an activity room with a pool table and a sofa—ideal for fun-filled evenings with friendly com­pe­ti­tions and laughter.

From the dining area, step directly onto the large, covered terrace, where you can enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or gather the family for a cozy barbecue evening. The garden is perfect for both play and re­laxa­tion—perhaps a football match with the kids while you fire up the grill? On the back side of the house, you’ll find a de­light­ful multi-level terrace area where you can sunbathe, enjoy your favorite music, or take a re­fres­hing dip in the outdoor bathtub. Fill it with cold water for an in­vi­gorat­ing ice bath—a fantastic way to start the day!
