This gorgeous red wooden house - high up with a view over a beautiful landscape towards Ebeltoft Vig to Mols. It has eve­ryt­hing you need, whether you're on a golf trip with friends or a family holiday with children or grand­chil­dren. With the house's 120 square metres, there's plenty of space. The living room, dining room and kitchen are well-connected and open-plan, making it easy to spend time together. The living room has a cosy wood-burning stove and heat pump as well as com­fortab­le furniture where you can read, play, chat or watch TV. A lovely con­ver­sa­tion kitchen with a dis­hwas­her, among other things. 3 lovely bedrooms with good double beds. Two nice bathrooms with shower, hallway with plenty of space for outerwear and a large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, where golf equipment or pram can easily fit.

Enjoy life outside
The large garden is partially fenced, so you can keep track of both 4-legged friends or small children. Terrace to the west with views of Mols and a lovely enclosed patio with cosy dining areas, fire pit and climbing frame to the east.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Holmens Bakker is a slightly hilly area. Neig­h­bouring the golf course and with a blue flag beach and city life in Ebeltoft, just 1 km away. Plenty of shopping op­portu­ni­ties, at­tra­ctions and sights in the old market town of Ebeltoft. By the harbour you'll find the Glass Museum, a leader in modern glass art and the Frigate Jylland. Don't forget to visit the harbour where you can buy fresh fish, delicious wine and Italian spe­ci­a­li­ties. In Ebelt­oft's old town there are several good re­stau­rants and shops. Here you'll find the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. In the summer, at 8pm and 9pm, you can meet the watchmen who walk singing through the streets on their evening patrol. A 15-minute drive from the house is Ree-Park, where you can get close to wild animals. Ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 1/2 hour's drive from the house is the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa, where you can help feed the big sharks, and Djurs Som­mer­land, the largest amusement park in the Nordic region.
