The holiday house is renovated in 2010 and appears with a bright and cozy interior design.

At the entrance is the kitchen of the house which offers eve­ryt­hing a modern family are going to need during their stay – including a Cooker with boiling water.

There is a dining room with room for the whole family and a lovely living room with a sofa group, woord stove and direct exit to a terrace.

There are 4 bedrooms, where the sleeping places are divided into two rooms with double beds, one room with two single beds and a room with two bunks.

Outdoor
The holiday house is located on a quiet road with limited traffic in the popular part of Ju­els­min­de, close to both “Stor­stran­den” and the town center. The holiday house has a large, mag­ni­fi­cent lawn with lots of space for free play.

On the terraces of the house you can enjoy the sun all day, and there is garden furniture which will probably be used di­li­gent­ly during your stay. Here the nice summer days can be enjoyed – no matter if you want to stay in the sun or in the shadow.

There is only 200 m. to a nice bathing beach with a lovely sandy bottom. So, by a few minutes walk you can be standing with your feet in the sand, enjoy bathing, relax by the water or maybe take a walk in the beautiful nature of the area.

Location
Ju­els­min­de is known for the cozy maritime harbor, the child friendly beaches and the cozy town center with several exciting shops, good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, eating places and at­tra­ctions. The area is nicely calm, and here you can relax while there are lots of acti­vi­ties for the family.

The house is located only 500 meters from the harbor, where you can easily ex­pe­ri­en­ce the cozy at­mosp­he­re at the marina and maybe enjoy a freshly cooked fish at the re­stau­rant and visit the ice cream shop. There is also an op­portu­ni­ty to challenge the family in a round of mini golf, catch crabs at the bathing bridge or just enjoy the view and the maritime at­mosp­he­re.

Similarly, there are just 500 meters for grocery shopping from the holiday house.

Ex­pe­ri­en­ce the new Na­tur­le­ge­park which is located within 1,5 km. with 8 meters high play towers placed against Odels­b­jer­get, a wealth of play equipment, fa­ci­li­ties, tracks, and chal­len­ges as well as 2 new paddle tennis courts. The varied selection of acti­vi­ties means that you can play and be challenge for hours.

If you like golf, you can find a golf course with 18 holes only 2 km. away.

Ju­els­min­de is also located close to many of Jutland´s biggest at­tra­ctions like Legoland and Givskud Zoo.
