Welcome to this in­cre­di­bly cozy holiday home, which is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with the family. The holiday home offers two lovely living rooms in open con­nection, creating a spacious and cozy at­mosp­he­re. In one part of the living room, there is ample natural light coming in from the large windows, and plenty of space for you to enjoy quality time together in the sofa ar­ran­ge­ment, whether you want to watch a movie or play a game. In the other part of the living room, there is a dining area and trans­ver­se ceiling beams, which give a good holiday home feeling and a ceiling height of 1.90 meters.

The kitchen has eve­ryt­hing you need to create a good meal. The kitchen has one side with low ceilings, which creates a charming and rustic at­mosp­he­re. The holiday home also offers a practical utility room, a bright bathroom, two good bedrooms, where one has a com­fortab­le double bed, and the other is furnished with a bunk bed, perfect for the children.

Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is an annex with a double bed, offering extra privacy.

Outdoor
Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful, well-main­tai­ned garden and espe­ci­al­ly the two fantastic terraces, where you can enjoy both morning and evening sun. Furt­her­more, you can also look forward to a covered terrace that extends the summer evenings well into the night. In the lovely garden, there is also plenty of space for play and re­laxa­tion. The children can have fun on the swing set, in the sandbox, or in the playhouse, while the adults relax on the terrace.

Location
The holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home area, only 300 meters from the fine and child-friendly sandy beach, Rude Strand. The area is very scenic and appeals to walks and runs on the many good trails. Close to the holiday home is Saksild Strand where you will find Re­stau­rant Bon­de­hu­set, Vaf­fel­hu­set, Trekanten (pizza), and Strands­hop­pen with various groceries and a new mini golf course from 2021. You can also take a trip to Odder city, where there is a bike path all the way, here you can do shopping in the local shops. It is also not far to the city of smiles, Aarhus, where you can visit at­tra­ctions such as Den Gamle By, Aros, Moesgaard Museum, or try amu­se­ments in Tivoli Friheden.
