Lovely cottage in Toftum – featuring a pool area and large green plot

Thadesvej 14 on Rømø is the place where you find "Quality Time" for the whole family. The holiday desti­na­tion is located in the authentic part of Rømø, where you can enjoy walks and bike rides in the mag­ni­fi­cent nature, watch horses and sheep in the fields, and visit the museum "Kommandørgården" and Denmark's smallest school, which is only 500 meters from the cottage.

Welcome inside
This is where the house's owner welcomes his guests with cakes for coffee and a fire in the wood stove, showing you around the com­ple­te­ly renovated cottage, which includes a swimming pool with un­derwa­ter lighting and a swimming coach, as well as a sauna and jacuzzi.
The spacious living room with the lovely sofa area is the place to cozy up by the wood stove, play cards, and watch te­le­vi­sion with plenty of German and Danish channels.
The house is, of course, equipped with all modern in­stal­la­tions that save energy, such as a heat pump for the living room and a low-energy heat pump for the pool and spa, as well as an automatic digital chlorine and pH system for the pool. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is an electric car charger.

Enjoy life outside
The house's large south-facing terrace offers many cozy hours in the sun and/or with barbecue. Outside and around the house, you can enjoy the large lawn, which provides all the fa­ci­li­ties for soccer, badminton, and cricket, and where you can jump on the tram­po­li­ne, play in the sandbox, or take a turn on the swings. Thadesvej 14 is truly a wonderful holiday desti­na­tion for the family.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The northern part of Rømø is known for its raw, unspoiled nature with vast fields and meadows. The area is ideal for hiking, and espe­ci­al­ly in late summer, you can enjoy the fa­sci­nat­ing heath landscape around Bolilmark. Kommandørgården, a hi­sto­ri­cal museum, showcases the island's old maritime tra­di­tions. The nature here also offers tranqui­li­ty and the op­portu­ni­ty to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the fa­ci­nat­ing Wadden Sea, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
