Welcome inside

Inside the holiday house you im­me­di­a­te­ly sense the nice at­mosp­he­re. Your shoulders will quickly drop, and you realize that holiday time has finally arrived. The lovely living room in open con­nection with the kitchen makes it possible for the cook of the day to take part in the con­ver­sa­tion, even though the pots are boiling. If you light the wood burner, after the children have been put to bed, and you share a bottle of wine during the good con­ver­sa­tion, that sounds like a cosy evening.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday house is located only a stone’s throw from the Isefjord. On the nice terrace you can lie down and enjoy the sun while listening to the birds singing, or you can be lucky to spot a deer passing by. If the sun gets too intense, you can find some shade on the covered part and read a detective novel, while the stillness really gets under your skin. After a lovely day, where you have used the bathing jetty to get a swim, we recommend a tour to Sidinge farm shop, where you can buy the famous local fruit juice or others of the good produce that the area is renowned for.

Get close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday house is located in a tranquil area by the Isefjord, where you can bathe, angle and go kayaking. Do not forget to visit the museum Ma­ler­gaar­den the home of the artist family Swane. Here you can enjoy your picnic or coffee along with the fabulous view. In Vig you find a big flea market every Wednesday and Saturday during high season. If you will drive a bit longer, you should visit the Anneberg Park, where you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce ”17 Goals on My Mind”, a World-Goal sculpture park, where 17 Danish and in­ter­na­tio­nal artists have created scul­p­tu­res that interpret United Nations’ De­ve­l­op­ment Goals for sustai­na­bi­li­ty.

Here you can also taste the local beer or buy a bag of processed seaweed.
