The kitchen opens up to the living room, allowing you to be together even while preparing meals. The cozy activity room features billiards, table tennis, and a TV, offering many hours of fun. With four com­fortab­le bedrooms, there’s space for the entire family or a group of friends. The house has two con­ve­ni­ent­ly located bathrooms, one of which includes a spa and a sauna for added re­laxa­tion.

On the spacious terrace, you can enjoy summer days and warm evenings under the open sky. Facing south, the terrace enjoys sunlight for most of the day. The large, green lawn provides ample space for ball games and play – children can run freely and play in the climbing tower.
