Welcome inside
Here you can live in a house that is kept in lovely light and friendly colours, and with high ceilings eve­rywhe­re. The large kitchen and common room invite you to get together and here you can all be in the same room while the day's meals are being prepared.

There is a lovely open dining area and the sofa ar­ran­ge­ment in the living room invites you to relax, here the children can watch TV while the adults enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen table. There is a wood-burning stove here and is there anything cozier than lighting it up on cool days and hearing its crackle while you enjoy a cup of coffee and look out at the garden?

The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. The nice bathroom has un­der­floor heating and a wide shower, as well as a toilet and sink. In the entrance hall you will find a washing machine and dryer, so that the chil­dren's clothes can be ready for the next outing. The house has a heat pump and electric heating. The annex is not part of the lease.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room you step directly out onto a large and cozy wooden terrace with lovely garden furniture, parasol and deck chairs. The large plot is sur­ro­un­ded by nice planting and here the kids can frolic while you enjoy the warm days on the terrace. From the house there is only 100 meters to the lovely beach.

Get close to the local ex­pe­ri­en­ces
This area on Møn has the perfect setting for a suc­ces­sful holiday, where there is room for the whole family. You will live in the middle of Møn's nature - close to forest and beach. The local area offers outdoor acti­vi­ties such as swimming, fishing and hiking and cycling. The house is close to Ulvshale beach, which is con­si­de­red to be one of Møn's best bathing beaches, which is child-friendly with shallow water, a wide white sandy beach and a large dune area. You can visit Møn's cliff and the Geocenter, where there are plenty of ex­pe­ri­en­ces for children and adults. A short distance to the lovely island of Nyord, where the town itself is car-free. At Nyord there are several different small farm shops and local artists. The nearest shopping op­portu­ni­ty is the cozy market town of Stege, where there are several spe­ci­a­list shops with a large selection of goods from local producers. Here you will also find good places to eat, as well as grocery stores and the famous Tuesday markets in the summer season. Møn is on UNESCO's list of world heritage sites as a biosphere reserve due to the fantastic nature.
