Wonderful, newly built holiday house, ready from August 2022, with at­tra­cti­ve location only 900m from lovely sandy beach, very well suited for more than one family

This lovely, newly built EBK holiday house with at­tra­cti­ve location close to Rørvig is very well suited for those of you who prefer scenic nature and value the unique.

Interior

Beautiful reception room with good dining section and the po­s­si­bi­li­ty for re­laxa­tion as well as cosy times. In the reception room with a bed recess you can lose yourself in a good book or enjoy a café latte. Or you can settle down on the spacious, lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sun from morning till evening or simply ex­pe­ri­en­ce the silence. In the great kitchen with a lovely wiew to the sky and a dis­hwas­her you have the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to prepare a delicious lunch. There are two really nice bathrooms with shower and three good bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the last one with a single bed and a bunk bed.

Location / the area

The holiday house is located very close to Rørvig. There is a 966m2 lovely nature plot to scamper about on, and from the house there are only 900m to one of the fantastic beaches in the area. If you are into walks or bicycle trips, you have plenty of po­s­si­bi­li­ties right on your doorstep. But a trip to Korshage with the very special nature or to Rørvig harbour, where the small ferry is putting in and where the children can fish for crabs on the jetty, while you shop for fresh fish at the fis­h­mon­ger, or the local Stre­et­food as well as the local Mini Golf is certainly also recom­men­dab­le. And do not forget a trip to Nykøbing Sj. where you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the genuine holiday at­mosp­he­re on the pe­de­stri­an street. The children will love a day in the amusement park Som­mer­land Sjælland with the many acti­vi­ties and big Aqua Land.
