This has resulted in a lovely holiday home that is full of cozy at­mosp­he­re and modern comfort – not just on the ground floor, but also on the first floor. The cottage's three bedrooms are cleverly di­stri­bu­ted, with some upstairs and some down­stairs, while the guest toilet and bathroom, the former equipped with a washer and dryer and the latter with a sauna, are located on the ground floor. The same goes for the living room, which is a wonderful space with a wood stove and direct access to a beautiful kitchen. Thanks to the open layout, you can easily join in the cozy con­ver­sa­tions about the day's ex­pe­ri­en­ces while preparing delicious meals for dinner.

Enjoy life outside
The 2500 m² natural plot is a de­light­ful place to enjoy holiday life when the sun is shining and the weather is mild or even warm. If you have small children with you on vacation, they can swing and play in the sandbox, while children of all ages can romp around and play lawn games on the grass. If you need more of a lunch break or a siesta in a sun lounger, you can settle down on the south-facing terrace.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Beautiful nature surrounds you when you vacation in Kongsmark. There are both open heath areas and plan­ta­tions nearby, and it is only a few hundred meters to Rømø's east coast and the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. If you feel like a swim, it’s more con­ve­ni­ent to drive to the west coast, where you can splash in the North Sea at the child-friendly Lakolk Beach. Dining options and shopping fa­ci­li­ties can be found in a good selection on Rømø: Among other places, you are within walking distance to Hat­tes­gaard, a combined antique shop and café, where you can treat yourself to delicious cakes with your afternoon coffee.
