We are proud to present Rømø’s largest holiday house, which can ac­com­moda­te up to 26 people. Here, you can gather family or friends under one roof and still find a corner for yourself. In other words, there is plenty of space for both re­laxa­tion and activity, both indoors and outdoors.

The holiday house was com­ple­te­ly renovated in 2020, and now features a bright and modern style. The decor is tasteful, with com­fortab­le and inviting furniture.The house's 298 m² includes 11 bedrooms, a game room, and a large open kitchen area with two cooktops, two ovens, two dis­hwas­hers, and two coffee machines, making it easy to prepare meals for the entire family. The bathrooms and toilets are con­ve­ni­ent­ly di­stri­bu­ted among the house’s bedrooms and living areas. When a large group of people goes on holiday together, not everyone always wants to do the same thing. Here, the house offers three different living areas – an open kitchen area where you can play games at the large dining tables, a living room with two sofa groups and several cozy nooks for those who wish to retreat a bit, as well as a game room with foosball and a sauna.

Enjoy life outside
From the game room, there is direct access to the lovely, secluded terrace, which is well equipped. There are two large garden tables with chairs, loungers, umbrellas, and two grills just waiting to be used on pleasant summer evenings. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, the hot tub, which can be enjoyed year-round, is an ex­pe­ri­en­ce you won't soon forget.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday house is centrally located in Kongsmark, so whether you want to engage in wind sports on the vast expanse of Sønder­strand, enjoy the waves at Lakolk Beach, visit re­stau­rants and shops in Havneby, or play golf on the island's golf course, you don’t have to drive more than ten minutes to reach your desti­na­tion. Furt­her­more, the holiday house is within walking distance of Rømø Fitness, a great com­ple­ment to the other activity options in the house.
