The summer house was thor­oug­hly renovated in 2014, and it presents itself as a bright and inviting holiday home with modern interiors and many comfort-enhancing details, including an efficient heat pump. On the ground floor, the living room is a lovely place to gather when you want to relax in the sofa area – perhaps even with a fire in the stove and a good movie on the flat screen – and you can enjoy your meals at the dining table once you’re finished preparing various de­li­ca­cies in the open and well-equipped kitchen area. The summer house has three bedrooms, all located on the first floor, equipped with a double bed, a three-quarter bed, and two single beds. As an extra perk, you have access to not just one, but two complete bathrooms, as in addition to a lovely bathroom on the ground floor, there is an ad­di­tio­nal bathroom in the annex, which was renovated in 2019.

Enjoy life outside
You will enjoy wonderful privacy at this address, as the summer house is well set back on a small side road and sur­ro­un­ded by trees on a 2950 m² slightly hilly natural plot. The idyllic setting is completed, espe­ci­al­ly when deer or pheasants wander across the lawn. If you have children with you on holiday, they can play in the sandbox and swing while the adults relax and enjoy the sunny weather on one of the terraces.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
In Kongsmark, you are close to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and you are also not far from the Rømø Dam, giving you easy access to the mainland if you want to take a trip to, for example, Ribe or Tønder. However, there is also good reason to stay on Rømø, as there are plenty of beautiful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces and fun holiday acti­vi­ties waiting for you on this mag­ni­fi­cent Wadden Sea island. A dip in the North Sea at Lakolk Beach or a hike in Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion to the viewpoint Spids­b­jerg could easily become part of your holiday program – and in addition, you can play golf in Havneby, go blo­kar­ting on Sønder­strand, take a guided tour of the island, and much more.
