In a small, closed road in scenic Kongsmark, you will find this lovely summer house. Both the sun terrace and the natural grounds are spacious, and thanks to the dense ve­ge­ta­tion, it almost feels like living at the edge of the forest.

Welcome inside
Several im­prove­ments have been made indoors in the summer house – including the living room, which is a large and inviting space with large windows, a fireplace, and an overall cozy at­mosp­he­re. The open con­nection to the kitchen works well, allowing cooking to easily become part of the shared holiday enjoyment, whether everyone is helping out or just keeping the cook company. The three bedrooms can ac­com­moda­te a total of six holiday guests, as two of the rooms are equipped with double beds and the third with two single beds. The layout also features a bathroom with a glass shower and ad­di­tio­nal­ly a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to a large, partially covered wooden terrace that extends to the south and west of the summer house. With such a ori­en­ta­tion, the sun con­di­tions are excellent, and there is also the option to settle down in a more secluded terrace area while the children swing and play in the sandbox. Wherever you are, the many pine trees on the property provide shelter and privacy – and the local wildlife seems to enjoy the scenic sur­ro­un­dings as well, as deer and pheasants often stop by.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Kongsmark is a lovely place for a holiday, as you are centrally located on Rømø with easy access to shopping options, dining establis­h­ments, beautiful nature, and fun holiday acti­vi­ties. Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion and the viewpoint Spids­b­jerg are plea­sant­ly close, and you are not far from Rømø's east coast and the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you want to swim, it is recom­men­ded to drive to the beautiful sandy beach at Lakolk.
