Indoors, the renovated summer house offers a spacious 119 m² of living space. All rooms are bright and ge­nerous­ly sized, including the three good bedrooms that can ac­com­moda­te a total of eight guests. The bathroom is stylishly furnished with a shower and a whirlpool tub, and the kitchen is pra­cti­cal­ly in­te­gra­ted into the beautiful, high-ceilinged living room. A wood-burning stove adds a cozy touch to cooler evenings, and the com­fortab­le seating invites you to relax all day – just what you need during a well-earned vacation. For en­tertain­ment, there's a TV with satellite con­nection, offering Danish, English, and German channels.

Enjoy life outside
When the summer sun shines from a clear blue sky, it’s perfect to spend time outside. From the living room, you can step directly onto a partially covered terrace, and several open terraces are also available, giving you plenty of outdoor options. The property features a sandbox and playset for the children, and there's a carport for your vehicle.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Kongsmark is a great base for exploring the island. If you're in the mood for a swim in the North Sea, Lakolk Beach is just a short drive away. And if you prefer a walk in the forest or a stunning viewpoint, Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion and Høstbjerg are both close by. The latter is the island’s highest point, offering a view across heathland, woodland, and the UNESCO-listed Wadden Sea. At the southern tip of the island, you’ll find Havneby, where you can play golf, shop, enjoy a meal at a re­stau­rant – or even catch the ferry to the German island of Sylt.
