Welcome inside
With a total of 120 m² and a well-designed layout, you have excellent conditions for holiday life indoors. Two bathrooms and four bedrooms are evenly distributed at both ends of the house, and in the center, there’s a large living room with an integrated kitchen area. If two families with children would like to spend the holiday together, it’s certainly possible, whether it’s grandparents or good friends receiving an invitation. Regardless, you can look forward to sleeping well and comfortably in the bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, and in the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, you will have great working conditions when preparing something delicious for dinner. You can serve your meal at the dining table located right by the living room's huge windows with a view of the natural plot.
Enjoy life outside
The view of the lovely vegetation on the natural plot adds the finishing touch, as life outdoors becomes so much more enjoyable when it unfolds in peaceful, green surroundings. The wooden terrace of the summer house is also wonderful; it is large, partially covered, and delightfully sunny with its south-facing orientation – and it is equipped with both an outdoor hot tub and a shower, so both your morning wash and evening wellness can take place under the open sky.
Get up close to the local attractions
The summer house is conveniently set back from Småfolksvej while being quite central in Kongsmark, right in the heart of Rømø. You have easy access to both the east and west coasts – to the west lies the popular Lakolk Beach, where you can swim in the North Sea and sunbathe on the sand, and to the east, you can cross the Rømø Dam for an excursion to the mainland. The scenic drive offers plenty of opportunities to spot large bird migrations on the mudflats or in the sky, and Rømø is overall a popular destination for bird enthusiasts. If you enjoy oysters or prawns, you’ve also come to the right place, and you even have the chance to gather oysters or catch prawns in the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site due to its unique natural area.
