You will be staying in peaceful and truly fantastic sur­ro­un­dings when you spend your holiday in this charming wooden summer house in Bolilmark. It is located at the end of the closed road Trin­nes­vej, and you are also neighbors to a vast heath area. In short, it's a perfect op­portu­ni­ty to slow down into vacation mode and enjoy nature.

Welcome inside
In the summer house's large living area, where the kitchen and living room are combined, the windows face three di­rections, providing excellent natural light throug­hout the day. This also means that you can enjoy the scenic sur­ro­un­dings even while cozying up indoors by the wood stove or cooking in the open kitchen area. In the three bedrooms, you can also enjoy views of the pine trees and the blue sky—even from the hallway, where there is an ad­di­tio­nal sofa bed. Finally, the layout includes two complete bathrooms, with the largest being par­ti­cu­lar­ly no­tewort­hy. It is located in an extension built in 2014 and is therefore modernly designed with un­der­floor heating and stylish décor. As an extra bonus, there’s a sauna in the annex, so after a re­fres­hing swim or a windy stroll, you can treat your­sel­ves to some sauna re­laxa­tion.

Enjoy life outside
On the 2,500 m² nature plot, you will enjoy de­light­ful seclusion, as the pine trees shield the house and terrace on multiple sides. To the east, however, you have an unob­structed view over the heather-covered landscape that stretches far into the horizon. On the summer house’s large terrace area, you can relax in the garden furniture and enjoy the view as well as the summer sunshine—and if you need some shelter or shade, you can move to the covered and enclosed terrace area to watch the sunset as darkness falls over Bolilmark.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Almost right by the house, a path leads from the closed road out into nature. The heath is a protected area, and you can follow lovely hiking trails to the viewpoint Høstbjerg and Tvismark Plan­ta­tion. To the west, there’s also a path from the summer house area that leads to Lakolk Beach, where you can swim in the North Sea and play on the kilometer-wide sandy beach. At Lakolk Shopping Center, you can take care of daily shopping, shop in the stores, enjoy ice cream, and visit cafés—and if you continue exploring Rømø, you'll find several good dining options around the Wadden Sea island.
