If you prefer to be outdoors, the large nature plot with a south-facing terrace is a de­light­ful place to be.

Welcome inside
The 72 m² summer house has a charming exterior with a red-painted wooden façade and a green roof. Inside, the at­mosp­he­re is equally inviting—espe­ci­al­ly in the living room, which is a cozy space with nice furniture, a flat-screen TV, and an open con­nection to a well-equipped kitchen. There’s both a wood stove and a heat pump with cooling function, making it easy to regulate the tem­pe­ra­tu­re indoors, and you also have the option to settle in the con­ser­va­tory, where you can enjoy afternoon coffee with a view of the nature plot. A bathroom with a shower and three com­fortab­le bedrooms are also part of the layout, allowing for ac­com­moda­tion for up to five people.

Enjoy life outside
The house's southeast-facing terrace is sheltered by a fence and is com­ple­te­ly enclosed with a small gate, so if you have a dog with you on vacation, it won’t wander off onto the nature plot. To the southwest, there is a smaller and com­ple­te­ly open terrace, and from both outdoor areas, you have a lovely view of the plot's heather plants and pine trees. On a sunny day, it’s tempting to simply stay here if you don’t want to go out to swim or explore Rømø, and in the evening, you can look forward to grilling and enjoying the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Bolilmark, located at the northern end of Rømø, is a quiet and scenic place for a holiday. Sur­ro­un­ding the summer house area, a beautiful landscape unfolds, with dense pine plan­ta­tions and open he­at­hlands inviting you to go walking or jogging. If you want to see eve­ryt­hing from above, you can climb Høstbjerg, one of the highest points of the Wadden Sea island, and if the weather calls for a beach day, you can head to Lakolk to swim in the North Sea and play in the white sand. Birdwat­ching, oyster safaris, shrimp fishing, and horseback riding are just a few of the nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces to fill your holiday days with, and if you want to eat out, there are several good re­stau­rants and cafés to choose from on Rømø.
