Description
From the ferry to Ærøskøbing you can see the old mill. Next to the mill is a building that has undergone a renovation and is now used as a holiday home. The house is situated on a hill with views over Ærøskøbing and the archipelago of Funen. The house consists in the ground floor of an entrance hall and a nice kitchen in opening with dining- and living room with wood burning stove. In addition there is an activity room with foosball table, a bathroom, guest toilet and 3 bedrooms. From the living room there is stairs to the first floor with a cozy living room and a bedroom. There is access to the garden from both the living room and the activity room. To the house is a small laundry room with a separate entrance.
The area
Ærøskøbing is one of the best-kept small towns in Denmark with paved alleys and half-timbered houses. During the summer you can enjoy a lively atmosphere with concerts and many restaurants. Right beside the idyllic harbor there is a child-friendly beach.
