This holiday home is situated within a lovely nature with fields all the way round between Ærøskøbing and Marstal. The house was restored in 2006 and is well-equipped with 3 bedrooms, a large modern kitchen and an activity-room with pool table and an bar. Combined living and dining room. There is an energy-saving heating pump installed in the house.There is lots of space and a large plot of 1400 m2 where you can get close to the nature. The closest town is Marstal with the idyllic alleys and the exciting harbour.
The area
The old maritime town Marstal is Ærø´s southernmost town with a maritime atmosphere. In Marstal you find the small built-together houses, paved alleys and many shops and restaurants. Close to the town centre there is the idyllic harbour with ferry harbour and the Maritime Museum, and next to the harbor there is a nice beach.
