Lovely holiday home located in the first row to the sea in the attractive holiday area Borgnæs by Ærøskøbing. The house contains a large living room with wood burning stove, a sofa bed and in opening with the well-equipped kitchen. In addition, there is a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. From the living room there is access to the terrace and garden with sandpit and swings for the children. The house is situated right next to the small harbor in Borgnæs, where you also can take a swim or go fishing.

Borgnæs is the only traditional holiday home area on Ærø just 3 km from the historical town Ærøskøbing.
Ærøskøbing is one of the best-kept market towns in Denmark with paved alleys and half-timbered houses. During the summer you can enjoy a lively atmosphere with concerts and many restaurants. Right beside the idyllic harbor there is a child-friendly beach.
