There are short walking and biking distance to Marstal town with shops, restaurants and museums. The house contains a kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a cozy living room with fireplace, three bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition there’s a large entrance and utility room with washer and dryer.
The area
The old maritime town Marstal is Ærø´s southernmost town with a maritime atmosphere. In Marstal you find the small built-together houses, paved alleys and many shops and restaurants. Close to the town centre there is the idyllic harbour with ferry harbour and the Maritime Museum, and next to the harbor there is a nice beach.
