Just outside Ærøskøbing you can find the Hotel Damgaarden, It is a complex with 8 holiday apartments. This apartment (number 4) is a handicap friendly apartment, you can find the apartment on the ground floor en accomodate 6 persons. The bathroom is furnhished with wide doors, shower, a spacious sink and a closet element, you also have plenty of space for a wheelchair. There is a disabled kitchen, 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed each and a double sofa bed in the livingroom. This apartment has a terrace. You can use the washmachine and dryer in the laundry.
There is a chest freezer ca. h80cm * b80cm *l100cm and a freezer with 3 shelves in the laundry in the main house on the ground floor.
For anglers you can find an outdoor fish cleaning area.
The area
Ærøskøbing is one of the best-kept small towns in Denmark with paved alleys and half-timbered houses. During the summer you can enjoy a lively atmosphere with concerts and many restaurants. Right beside the idyllic harbor there is a child-friendly beach.
