There are also 2 good bedrooms, an entrance hall, a nicely renovated utility room where the fish can be cleaned, a newly renovated bathroom and a spacious and new kitchen with dishwasher and dining nook.
Ærøskøbing is one of the most well-preserved market towns in Denmark with cobbled streets, half-timbered houses and a lively summer environment with music venues and many restaurants. Right next to the cozy harbor is a lovely, child-friendly beach.
The house is suitable for both families with children and anglers.
