In the outskirts of Ærøskøbing, you will find something quite extra­or­di­nary for Ærø - this beautiful and com­ple­te­ly renovated house for 18 people, providing ample space for a family getaway. The house, ori­gi­nal­ly built in 1937, underwent a total renova­tion until 2015 and now boasts very elegant details. The homeowner per­so­nal­ly handled the entire renova­tion process and ta­ste­ful­ly decorated the house on all three floors.

The house itself features no less than 6 bedrooms - all with in­di­vi­du­al stunning bathrooms. In 3 of the bedrooms, there are also lofts with 2 mattres­ses each, providing extra sleeping space. Both on the ground floor and on the first floor, there are two large kitchens in open relation to the dining area and living room. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. And from virtually every room, you will find bre­ath­taking views of the sea.

In the basement, the homeowner has designed a luxurious bathroom with a large spa and a double shower cabin. Furt­her­more, on the tiled terrace, you will find a sauna with windows facing the sea.

Nevre 27 is located just a few ki­lo­me­ters from the center of Ærøskøbing, one of Ærø's gems and one of Denmark's best-preserved market towns with cobb­le­sto­ne streets, half-timbered houses, and a lively at­mosp­he­re in the summer, with its many venues and re­stau­rants. Adjacent to the charming harbour is a lovely child-friendly beach.
