From the conservatory there is access to the terrace and the garden with a lawn. The house is only 200 m away from a nice beach. In the house there is installed an energy-saving heating pump.

Ærøskøbing is one of the best-kept smalltowns in Denmark with paved alleys and half-timbered houses. During the summer you can enjoy a lively atmosphere with concerts and many restaurants. Right beside the idyllic harbor there is a child-friendly beach.
