In Rørvig, you can go on lovely hikes around Korshage, where you will see migratory birds or ex­pe­ri­en­ce the heath in full bloom. The coastline is perfect for fishing and offers protected places like Skan­se­bug­ten for windsur­fing and kayaking. You can also explore Højsandet and Sand­flugts­plan­ta­gen, or collect mushrooms and wild garlic in the local forests.

Lønstrup is a cosy fishing village where time appears to stop when you let yourself become ent­hral­led by the charming summer villas from the 1920s, popping up here and there the hills around the town. The town oozes cosy at­mosp­he­re and holiday spirit with narrow, long and winding streets showca­sing one great and well-preserved fisherman’s cottage after the other. Today, the fishermen’s cottages house cafés, re­stau­rants and various art workshops where you can enjoy the local artists’ works of art – and yes, maybe you can buy a local souvenir to take home? A stone’s throw from the town, you will find Lønstrup Strand, known for its clear water and beautiful dune landsca­pes.

Spend your holiday home break in the tranqui­li­ty of the forest under the forest canopy in Ulvshale Skov. This lush, dense area is untouched, with only the paths cleared for hiking. This means that nature and wildlife are wild and secluded, so you might get lucky and see rare birds and other animals, or ex­pe­ri­en­ce wild orchids and specta­cu­lar coastal en­viron­ments close by. A stone’s throw away is Ulvshale Strand, one of Møn’s best beaches. The cosy little island of Nyord is just off the coast and is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit, while Møns Klint is not far.
