Helnæs is a genuine little gem in the South Funen Ar­chipela­go. The peninsula is connected to the mainland via a natural dam and it is close to both the port town of Assens and the market town of Faaborg. When driving across the dam to the small peninsula, you will feel embraced by the out­stan­ding nature. This is where you will find Bro­bak­ker­ne, a large em­bank­ment formed back in the Ice Age and in summer, it is covered with the finest summer flowers. You can also ex­pe­ri­en­ce the specta­cu­lar nature from the water. Jump in a kayak and explore the Little Belt.

On scenic Nord­fal­ster, close to the old market town of Stub­be­kø­bing, sits the quaint town of Kongsnæs. Here, your holiday awaits in calm sur­ro­un­dings with plenty of nature and beautiful landsca­pes. From here you can look over at Bogø and Møn, and in clear weather you can see several of the area’s charming small islands. The quiet waters that separate the islands create a cosy fjord-like en­viron­ment with calm waters, lovely beaches, bays and idyllic little nooks. There are great op­portu­ni­ties for walking and cycling around the scenic landscape, and you’ll find marked hiking trails to guide you around and reveal beautiful views.

Beautiful Svaneke offers a plethora of wonderful holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The town is bursting with exciting spe­ci­a­li­ty shops, including the famous brewery, the dairy store, hard candy maker, chocolate shop, glassblowers, galleries, and smo­ke­hou­se. There is plenty to explore here and many local food ex­pe­ri­en­ces to savour. Svaneke is buzzing with life, and both the harbour and the town centre are popular gathering points with great ambience. Moving just outside the town centre, in either direction, reveals stunning views of dramatic cliff for­ma­tions, adorable houses, and cosy little beaches.
