Bornholm_Rønne

Rønne

Rønne is the first town you come to when you arrive on lovely Bornholm. Beautiful St Nicholas Church is majestically located in a protruding square upon entry to the harbour, welcoming visitors. The town centre is characterised by narrow cobbled streets, half-timbered houses, and cosy squares. It offers a rich commercial and cultural life, and you will find historic buildings, museums, local arts and crafts, galleries, and more. There is ample opportunity to explore the island’s excellent beaches in all directions. Head south to visit Boderne or wonderful Dueodde—one of Denmark’s best beaches.
Houvig

Houvig

Houvig is the perfect holiday destination if you want a good mix of nature, culture and history. Wander through magnificent dune landscapes while exploring historic monuments that are a testament to a bygone era. The area offers endless beaches, incredible plains and beautiful views, which invite you to cycle and hike, relax by the water or enjoy water sports. Houvig is a stone’s throw from the summer town of Søndervig, where you will find everything you need in terms of shops, eateries and urban life. This is a great place to enjoy the atmosphere and sample the local flavours.
Thorsminde

Thorsminde

On one of the outermost edges of Denmark lies charming Thorsminde. With the roaring North Sea on one side and the calm Nissum Fjord on the other, this is an ideal spot for a wonderful holiday home break. The quaint fishing village offers extraordinary nature, and its unique location allows you to experience the sunset over the sea and sunrise over the fjord. You can also explore the incredible dune landscapes and the diverse nature around the fjord. Finally, at the Strandingsmuseum, you can delve into the history and culture of the area, including the proud fishing traditions and a wealth of stories.
Bjerregård

Bjerregård

At Holmsland Klit, at the bottom of Ringkøbing Fjord, you will find the peaceful and idyllic Bjerregård. On one side, you have the roaring and breathtaking North Sea, while on the other, inside the fjord, you will find tranquil beaches and calm waters. Bjerregård is a wonderful oasis for a lovely holiday home break, with both fascinating and alluring nature. Hike through dunes, heaths and conifers, jump into the waves on one of the many wide sandy beaches, try out water sports or head into the charming town centre and enjoy the atmosphere of a Danish summer village.
