Mariager is known as the “Town of Roses” as it is adorned with a wide range of roses planted in the streets and alleys in the town. In and around Mariager, you will find a number of museums and cultural-hi­sto­ri­cal at­tra­ctions, all of which bear witness to the history of the area.

Charming Rødvig offers a wonderful holiday home break with specta­cu­lar Stevns Klint as your neighbour. You can easily spend hours at the foot of the gar­gan­tu­an white chalk walls. And the cliff is just as beautiful from the top, offering bre­ath­taking views. Rødvig buzzes with life and acti­vi­ties, and the harbour is no exception. Stroll along the pier and visit the cosy re­stau­rants and cafes, which offer freshly caught fish and local produce. You will also find local museums, hi­sto­ri­cal buildings and cultural acti­vi­ties that reveal the history and di­stin­cti­ve­ness of the area.
