Famous for its mussels, the city is host to The Harvest of Mussels Festival and the Mussels Festival, which kick-start this year’s festi­vi­ties. You can also try out a seal safari from Livø­fer­gen, relax on the car-free island of Livø, or if you want to shop, visit Løgstør, which is a short 10-minute drive from the holiday homes at Lendrup and Rønbjerg.
