On the east coast of Rømø is Kromose, right on the Wadden Sea. Here you can design a wonderful holiday amid some of Denmark’s most beautiful nature. In the middle of Thy National Park, you will find the village of Stenbjerg. Its specta­cu­lar dune landsca­pes and wild moors make Stenbjerg a perfect holiday desti­na­tion for those who love to go exploring on foot or on a bicycle. Here you can enjoy the wide pristine beaches with room for re­laxa­tion and wild surfing ad­ven­tu­res by the North Sea. The area is known for its well-preserved fishing villages and the historic Stenbjerg Lan­dings­plads where the fishing boats are hauled up on land as they were before the beginning of time. Stenbjerg features a cosy local en­viron­ment with artisans and shops where you will find local spe­ci­a­li­ties.

Tåsinge is located in the South Funen Ar­chipela­go and is connected to Funen via Svend­borgs­und­bro­en (Svendborg Sound Bridge). On Tåsinge, you can enjoy the beautiful nature of Southern Funen, seaviews and luxuriant woodlands where the trails guide you on your expl­ora­tions of the wildlife and flora of the area. On the southern part of Tåsinge, you have the summer land area of Stenodden. Here times appear to stand still and the quietude is only in­ter­rup­ted by the croaking of the European fire-bellied toads in the distance. Near Stenodden, you will find an extremely child-friendly beach with shallow, calm water. The beach has plenty of room for splashing around in the water, re­laxa­tion as well as canoeing and kayaking all day long.

Beautiful Østmøn invites you on a holiday home break in the middle of some of Denmark’s most specta­cu­lar nature. There are plenty of excur­sions, for example, to charming Klintholm Harbour, and lovely beaches, such as Ulvshale and Råbylille – and don’t miss out on fantastic Møns Klint, which is close by. Visit the cosy little island of Nyord, which awaits with an idyllic island vibe. Østmøn also offers re­stau­rants, local spe­ci­al­ties and cosy harbour eateries, where you can settle down and enjoy the at­mosp­he­re.
