Near Stenodden, you will find an extremely child-friendly beach with shallow, calm water. The beach has plenty of room for splashing around in the water, re­laxa­tion as well as canoeing and kayaking all day long.

The town is home to a quaint marina where you can stroll to the sound of lapping waves and the bells atop the boat masts. A short drive away is beautiful Stevns Klint, where you can spend hours exploring the chalk-white rock walls and in­cre­dib­le nature. Visit the old charming trading town of Køge, if you want to add some history and culture to your holiday home break, and also the capital, Co­pen­ha­gen, and the cathedral town of Roskilde are within an hour’s drive and are both worth a visit.
