Fåborg one of the oldest market towns in Denmark and the historic charm and bliss also manifest them­sel­ves in the streets and alleys of the town centre. Here you will find old churches and historic buildings, dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries, adorning the street scene. From Fåborg Harbour, a small ferry makes it possible for you to visit the many islands of Southern Funen, little pearls off the coast.
