Reersø is a small seaport on the peninsula of the same name, located on Northwest Zealand. The small seaport is charming and idyllic. Here you will find one half-timbered house after another along the town’s country roads. The houses are very well preserved, and several of them date back to the 1600s. In addition to the historic charm of the town, you can also explore the lush natural sur­ro­un­dings in these parts of Zealand. Along the coast, you can enjoy the view of the Great Belt, and try your luck with a fishing rod. Reersø is less than a 30-minute drive from Ka­lund­borg.

A little north of the Rømø Dam, lies cosy Bolilmark. With the fjord and the Faxe Bay nearby, you are sur­ro­un­ded by water and cosy nooks – perfect for outings on foot or by bike. You will find a wealth of scenic routes to explore the landscape and reveal beautiful views. Faxe Kalkbrud is close by, and with its fa­sci­nat­ing colours and shapes it is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. The area also has old churches, estates, manors and historic half-timbered houses, which give it a lively at­mosp­he­re.
