Welcoming holiday homes in Denmark

Beautiful Østmøn invites you on a holiday home break in the middle of some of Denmark’s most specta­cu­lar nature. The medieval town of Stege, Møn’s largest city, is the perfect setting for a diverse holiday home break filled with history and culture – in addition, Møn’s specta­cu­lar natural areas are close by. Stege is a trading town in the tra­di­tio­nal sense, with an active port and a vibrant city centre. The cobbled streets and colourful buildings create a charming backdrop, and the old castle ruin, beautiful church and well-preserved medieval castle gate make the city something quite special. Don’t miss out on a trip to Møns Klint, and Stege Nor, a shallow coastal lagoon that runs out into Stege Bay.

The old market town of Aakirkeby is located in the southern part of Bornholm, an ideal location for the island’s beaches. Here, you will find stunning Dueodde with its white, sandy beaches winding as far as the eye can see, but Balka Beach and Boderne also rank among Bornholm’s best beaches. Aakirkeby offers hi­sto­ri­cal buildings, museums, and cultural at­tra­ctions. If you move towards the middle of the island, you will get to Al­min­din­gen, Denmark’s fifth-largest forest. Spend several hours exploring the terrain and the hi­sto­ri­cal and cultural sights here, such as Ryt­ter­k­næg­ten and Ekkodalen.
