Møn-Stevns_Møn_Østmøn

Østmøn

Beautiful Østmøn invites you on a holiday home break in the middle of some of Denmark’s most spectacular nature. There are plenty of excursions, for example, to charming Klintholm Harbour, and lovely beaches, such as Ulvshale and Råbylille – and don’t miss out on fantastic Møns Klint, which is close by. Visit the cosy little island of Nyord, which awaits with an idyllic island vibe. Østmøn also offers restaurants, local specialties and cosy harbour eateries, where you can settle down and enjoy the atmosphere. There are also cultural and historical experiences in store and ancient relics to find if you are lucky.

Lakolk

On the east-facing side of Rømø is cosy Lakolk, which is the oldest holiday home area on the island. Here you will find an atmospheric urban environment with cafes, shops, galleries and much more. Settle down in one of the eateries for a taste of Rømø or visit one of the specialty shops where you can buy local delicacies. Lakolk is located close to Rømø Bilstrand, where you can take the car all the way down to the water's edge. This way, you can experience the entire mile-long coastline, incredible plains and beautiful views. Finally, the area is ideal for biking – and hiking, or you can explore it on horseback or surfboard.

Aabenraa

Aabenraa, a gem close to the German border, is the epitome of charm and culture in Southeast Jutland. The many historic houses and cobblestone streets create an atmosphere filled with history, and the city is like a living museum that merges Danish and German traditions and cultural heritage – offering unforgettable experiences and memories. Visit the cosy city centre where the past meets the present in beautiful harmony. In other words, Aabenraa is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic experiences and wanting to dive into a vibrant cultural landscape that extends far beyond national borders.
Nordjylland_Jammerbugten_Thorup Strand

Thorup Strand

In Thorup Strand, you can experience true Danish coastal culture and an authentic fishing environment. The town is the proud home to around 20 active fishing boats that are hauled onto the beach every day. Fishing is a big part of the heart and soul of the town and it manifests itself in many ways. For example, you will find various eateries in the area serving dishes made from freshly caught seafood from the local fishing boats. You can also explore the local markets in the town and here you can buy fish directly from the fishermen themselves to do some cooking on your own. Thorup Strand as a holiday destination lets you experience the best that coastal life in Denmark has to offer.
