Følle Strand is a charming holiday area on Djursland near Kalø Vig. Here you can enjoy life on the south-facing sandy beach with its shallow waters. From the beach, you can also enjoy the view of Mols and its mag­ni­fi­cent nature. In Følle Strand you are close to several hi­sto­ri­cal sights. Just 15 minutes by car, is the medieval castle ruin, Kalø Slotsruin, a 700-year-old fortress. Here you can follow the cobbled paths and enjoy nature and the hi­sto­ri­cal sur­ro­un­dings.

A little inland you will find Ølgod, with its unique history and charm. Here you will find a wonderful mix of cultural and hi­sto­ri­cal sights, local dining ex­pe­ri­en­ces, cosy shops, unique nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces and much more. The old railway town is full of soul and charm, and you can pra­cti­cal­ly feel the history in the beautiful old buildings. Visit the historic church or the city’s many museums, which give an insight into life in the region throug­hout history. Ølgod also offers out­stan­ding nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces and many lovely hiking and cycling routes that take you through the varied landscape.

Bønnerup Strand is a small fishing village on Djursland and a popular holiday desti­na­tion. Here you will find a wide sandy beach with shallow waters - ideal for water sports for the ad­ven­tu­rous, and clamshell hunting for the young ones. Among the locals, the beach is actually known as Djursland’s best, and of course it is also Blue Flag-certified. In the sum­mer­ti­me, the town’s harbour is a well-known gathering place for locals and the area’s many ho­li­day­ma­kers, and there are acti­vi­ties for both young and old. At the harbour you will also find local shops and eateries.

In Mosebølle, north of Præstø Fjord, a holiday home awaits in scenic sur­ro­un­dings with lots of peace and quiet for con­tem­p­la­tion. With the fjord and the Faxe Bay nearby, you are sur­ro­un­ded by water and cosy nooks – perfect for outings on foot or by bike. You will find a wealth of scenic routes to explore the landscape and reveal beautiful views. Faxe Kalkbrud is close by, and with its fa­sci­nat­ing colours and shapes it is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit. The area also has old churches, estates, manors and historic half-timbered houses, which give it a lively at­mosp­he­re.
