Løgstør, the city of mussels, with its tranqui­li­ty and natural beauty, offers a unique maritime at­mosp­he­re and is the centre of cultural hig­hlights such as KanalJazz, which brings music, festi­vi­ties and community to the harbour. From Grønhøj, you have direct access to the nature reserve Lille Norge which is a true paradise for those enjoying longer hikes and expl­ora­tion of nature. When ho­li­daying in a summer cottage in Grønhøj, you are also really close to the popular sandy beach in the area. Grønhøj beach is popular for its fa­sci­nat­ing dune landscape, fine sand and crystal-clear water. That is why the beach is perfect for sun­bat­hing and wa­ter­sports as well.

Idyllic Boderne is a true gem offering holiday homes in a calm, scenic setting. Visit the charming little harbour with red fishers’ houses and docks in Boderne that invite you to stroll while enjoying the view. The small town also offers a lovely beach with calm water and soft, white sand, and lovely Dueodde is close by as well. If you would like to visit a larger town, you can head north, where you will find the old market town of Aakirkeby with plenty of shops and eateries. You can also visit some of the charming seaports along the coast and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the authentic and cosy harbour setting.

North of Ker­te­min­de, you have the Hindsholm peninsula with its coast­li­nes spora­di­cal­ly changing between sandy beaches and cliff ledges. From here, you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the most beautiful landscape with its rolling hills, luxuriant forests and pleasant small villages. On Hindsholm, you will, among other things, find Viby, one of the best preserved villages in Denmark. You will quickly fall for the charm of the small village with its well-main­tai­ned half-timbered houses lining the winding roads. Here you can delve into the local town history. Hindsholm also offers mag­ni­fi­cent nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces with the op­portu­ni­ty for hiking and bird watching.
