Nykøbing Sjælland is known for its wealth of shopping options with lots of locally produced spe­ci­al­ties and cosy cafés that make the city ideal for an excursion while on holiday. For the ad­ven­tu­rous, a boat trip with the boat “Marianne F” is a must, and otherwise there is ample op­portu­ni­ty to rent bikes and explore the sur­ro­un­dings. From Fjellerup Strand you have only 20 minutes by car to Djurs Som­mer­land amusement park.
