Nørhede

Nørhede Øst / Vest

In Nørhede, a relaxed holiday home break awaits in the middle of scenic surroundings close to Ringkøbing Fjord. Enjoy the calm atmosphere of the idyllic surroundings, and let the hustle and bustle of daily life fade away. You have plenty of nature right on your doorstep, and a forest and fjord nearby. Cycle or hike around the area, try your luck fishing in the fjord or enjoy a nice relaxing day at one of the nearby beaches. The vast and wild North Sea is just a stone’s throw away. Quiet and undisturbed evenings Spend them grilling, playing games or frolicking in the garden at the holiday home.

Marstal

Marstal is the largest town on Ærø with a proud maritime history which is why the town is also known as “Skipper Town” colloquially. This sense of pride particularly manifests itself in the local town life. The harbour is a well-known gathering place for townspeople and holidaymakers, and the maritime museum is one of the major attractions in the area. Here you can delve into the maritime history of the town and enjoy exhibitions on the shipping trade. The town centre features a lovely shopping street and here you can shop to your heart’s content and sample local delicacies. And a mere stone’s throw from Marstal, you will find Eriks Hale Strand overlooking some of the colourful beach huts on the island.

Arnager

The cosy town of Arnager is south of Rønne. The town is known for its long, wooden bridge, carefully built to span 188 metres, making it Northern Europe’s longest bridge. At the end of the bridge is an idyllic little harbour erected on poles, with fishers’ houses and colourful boats. Arnager is a gem where you can enjoy stunning beaches and sunsets in picturesque surroundings without anyone bothering you. Boderne is the closest neighbour, and nearby you will also find towns such as Aakirkeby and Rønne. Treat yourself to local food experiences and specialities when visiting wonderful Bornholm.

Helnæs

Helnæs is a genuine little gem in the South Funen Archipelago. The peninsula is connected to the mainland via a natural dam and it is close to both the port town of Assens and the market town of Faaborg. When driving across the dam to the small peninsula, you will feel embraced by the outstanding nature. This is where you will find Brobakkerne, a large embankment formed back in the Ice Age and in summer, it is covered with the finest summer flowers. You can also experience the spectacular nature from the water. Jump in a kayak and explore the Little Belt.
