Nordjylland_Thy_Klitmøller

Klitmøller

Colloquially, Klitmøller is known as “Cold Hawaii”. The area by the North Sea is famous for its roaring waves and great wind conditions. Surfers from all over the world travel here to try their strength against the waves. … and you will, of course, find room for sunbathing and relaxation on the wide beaches in Klitmøller to the sound of roaring waves, laughing and squealing. The town centre of the area oozes holiday spirit. Here you will find small cafés and local shops where you can buy anything from local arts and craft to surfing equipment. Klitmøller is part of Thy National Park. This means that you will have the wild, enthralling nature right outside your cottage door.
Haurvig

Haurvig

Between the wildness of the North Sea and the calm waters of Ringkøbing Fjord, lies Haurvig. A gem for nature lovers that offers peace and quiet for contemplation, immersion and reflection. There are plenty of small nooks where you can fish undisturbed, hidden jetties where you can relax and shut out the world, and lots of lovely trails through dunes, heaths and meadows. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the dunes or go for a walk on the wide sandy beaches. In Haurvig, the calm atmosphere sets in immediately, and stays that way.
Fyn & øer_Langeland_Hou

Hou

On the northern tip of Langeland, you will find Hou. Hou is an extremely quiet area and here you are away from the hectic working day and can just sit back and enjoy the chirping of birds and the roar of the waves. With its coastline and luxuriant nature, Hou is the ideal holiday destination for those looking for nature outings and explorations. Here you can take long walks or jump on a bike and enjoy the fresh air. If you are interested in history, please visit Hou Lighthouse, a true landmark of the area, as it played an important role in ship navigation around the northern tip of the island back in the late 1800s.
Østjylland_Djursland_Grenå

Grenå Strand

With a holiday in Grenå Strand, you can enjoy life on the beach to the sound of waves, experience several cultural sights in the city centre and feel the maritime atmosphere of the harbour. Just 4 km from the beach you will find Grenaa town centre. Here, among other things, you can delve into local history at the Museum Østjylland or simply take a stroll down the cobbled streets of the old town. You can also stop by Grenaa Harbour, where you can enjoy the local harbour environment and visit the Kattegat Centre to learn more about the wonderful world under Kattegat’s surface through exhibitions and aquariums.
