Nordsjælland_Hundested-Liseleje_Kikhavn

Kikhavn

You can also sail or row in the fjord or find a peaceful spot for a picnic lunch. Here you can experience wild and lush nature, picturesque landscapes and spectacular views. Kikhavn offers an idyllic Danish village atmosphere, and with its thatched half-timbered houses and fisherman’s huts, it is the perfect setting for a holiday home break. Here, the coast rises dramatically above the water level. On the outer tip is Spodsbjerg Lighthouse, and just below is Knud Rasmussen’s house, which is now a museum. The alluring area and nature continue to attract artists and creative souls.

Bolilmark

A little north of the Rømø Dam, lies cosy Bolilmark. The holiday homes here are sprinkled over the heathered landscape, where sandy hills, dunes and forest make up the fauna and create an atmospheric oasis. Explore trails through dunes and heaths on foot, horseback or by bike to get up close to nature and wildlife. Bolilmark is a paradise for bird lovers, but also for anyone else who enjoys watching nature unfold. You can also visit Kirkeby Plantage south of Bolilmark, see the most beautiful sunsets over the North Sea, or try all kinds of water sports.

Rågeleje

Rågeleje is truly special. It is where dramatic dune landscapes, incredible plains and endless white sandy beaches meet. The coastline rises majestically above the water level, forming a picturesque landscape adorned by candy-striped bathing huts conveniently located along the beach – one of the town’s landmarks. Close to Rågeleje is the protected nature area Heatherhill, ideal for exploring on foot or by bike. Here you can really sense how the passage of time has shaped the landscape. If you continue west, you will reach Tisvildeleje, which offers a wealth of eateries and lively atmosphere.
Fyn & øer_Sydfyn_Helnæs

Helnæs

Helnæs is a genuine little gem in the South Funen Archipelago. The peninsula is connected to the mainland via a natural dam and it is close to both the port town of Assens and the market town of Faaborg. When driving across the dam to the small peninsula, you will feel embraced by the outstanding nature. This is where you will find Brobakkerne, a large embankment formed back in the Ice Age and in summer, it is covered with the finest summer flowers. You can also experience the spectacular nature from the water. Jump in a kayak and explore the Little Belt.
