Col­loqui­al­ly, Klit­møl­ler is known as “Cold Hawaii”. The area by the North Sea is famous for its roaring waves and great wind con­di­tions. Surfers from all over the world travel here to try their strength against the waves. … and you will, of course, find room for sun­bat­hing and re­laxa­tion on the wide beaches in Klit­møl­ler to the sound of roaring waves, laughing and squealing. The town centre of the area oozes holiday spirit. Here you will find small cafés and local shops where you can buy anything from local arts and craft to surfing equipment. Klit­møl­ler is part of Thy National Park. This means that you will have the wild, ent­hral­ling nature right outside your cottage door.

Tårup Strand is a summer land area on the eastern coast of Funen, sur­ro­un­ded by a hillscape and over­look­ing the clear water of the Great Belt. Here you can take walks along the coast, enjoy the views and the fresh sea air and – if you are lucky – spot ships om their journey through the Great Belt. You will see that the beach in the area changes character the further up the coast you go. The first part of the beach consists of a stone bed and it has a bathing jetty while 1 km further up the coast, you are met by a fine sandy beach offering the op­portu­ni­ty to play in the water and sunbathe. Take a long swim in the blue sea or laze in the sun all day long. The choice is yours.

Rørvig is a true holiday paradise in Odsherred, known for its idyllic, sandy beaches and mag­ni­fi­cent nature. Visit the cosy harbour, where you can enjoy fresh and smoked fish or sail across to Hundested. Here you can let the young ones catch crab while the adults enjoy an ice cream. In Rørvig, you can go on lovely hikes around Korshage, where you will see migratory birds or ex­pe­ri­en­ce the heath in full bloom. The coastline is perfect for fishing and offers protected places like Skan­se­bug­ten for windsur­fing and kayaking. You can also explore Højsandet and Sand­flugts­plan­ta­gen, or collect mushrooms and wild garlic in the local forests.
