The summer land area of Skårup Strand is located 8 km west of Bogense. From Skårup Strand, you can enjoy all the best of Funen coast. The beach is also a popular spot for water sports ent­hu­si­asts as the calm water make it possible to jump up on the pad­dle­bo­ard or go kayaking. Rudkøbing, the largest town on Langeland, is a charming market town with beautiful old houses, cobbled streets and a wa­ter­front con­stant­ly bustling with life. When strolling through the streets and alleys of the town, you get the ex­pe­ri­en­ce of going back in time. But please do not get fooled. Behind the many well-preserved town houses, you will find local shops, re­stau­rants and cafés.
