In the most northerly part of Northern Jutland, you will find the cosy holiday town of Hulsig. You will quickly discover that Hulsig is sur­ro­un­ded by specta­cu­lar nature. If you are a history buff, this is the place to explore in order to learn more about the World War II. Along the coast, you can find a number of overgrown bunkers that bear witness to the hi­sto­ri­cal past of the area. And if adventure and the need for speed are more your thing, you can also jump in the water with a surf- or pad­dle­bo­ard. The area is also perfect for cycling and hiking trips in the sur­ro­un­ding co­un­trysi­de where you can get up close and personal with the beautiful green nature.

Virksund by the Limfjord is full of charm with its maritime history and scenic sur­ro­un­dings. This former Viking sett­le­ment is perfect for modern ad­ven­tu­rers who can catch crab, enjoy the food at the harbour café, and/or swim in the clear, re­fres­hing waters. The area is rich in history and offers acti­vi­ties such as sailing in the protected fjord and fishing in both the fjord and the sur­ro­un­ding rivers. Virksund, with its marina and natural beauty, is an ideal place for both re­laxa­tion and adventure.

Beautiful Sandvig is located on the northern coast of Bornholm—a perfect oasis for a summer break in a holiday home. Visit the town’s small, cosy harbour, the beautiful promenade along the water, and the charming urban setting. Sandvig and Allinge have more or less grown into one, and each year the two coastal towns’ squares, wharfs, and pubs host the island’s jazz festival. The area also offers hi­sto­ri­cal at­tra­ctions, including Ham­mers­hus, which is close by. The area around Hammeren, with clear lakes, dramatic rocky landsca­pes, and dizzying heights, is fantastic and full of adventure.
