Løkken is a popular holiday town and we can see why. Here you have a sandy beach and a vibrant town life in one single place. North of Ker­te­min­de, you have the Hindsholm peninsula with its coast­li­nes spora­di­cal­ly changing between sandy beaches and cliff ledges. From here, you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the most beautiful landscape with its rolling hills, luxuriant forests and pleasant small villages. On Hindsholm, you will, among other things, find Viby, one of the best preserved villages in Denmark. You will quickly fall for the charm of the small village with its well-main­tai­ned half-timbered houses lining the winding roads. Here you can delve into the local town history. Hindsholm also offers mag­ni­fi­cent nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces with the op­portu­ni­ty for hiking and bird watching.

Hasle is located on the west coast with a large harbour. The harbour buzzes with life, perfect for strolls along the pier. The town’s smo­ke­hou­se is next to the harbour. This is not just any smo­ke­hou­se but the last one left on Bornholm, where the smoking takes place in the tra­di­tio­nal, old-fashioned way using alder firewood in open chimneys. In the centre of Hasle, you will find a cultural house where you can see exhi­bi­tions, local arts and crafts, and more. Hasle also offers lovely beaches, an activity park, good play­gro­unds, re­stau­rants, cafés, and some of the island’s most beautiful sunsets.
