On scenic Nord­fal­ster, close to the old market town of Stub­be­kø­bing, sits the quaint town of Kongsnæs. From here you can look over at Bogø and Møn, and in clear weather you can see several of the area’s charming small islands. In the beautiful landscape of Northern Funen, you have the summer land area of Tørresø where you can enjoy life on the finest sandy beach stret­ching along the coast. You can also ex­pe­ri­en­ce the natural green sur­ro­un­dings with rolling hillsca­pes, open fields and small woodlands. Explore the area, watch the birds and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the amazing flora that changes from season to season. Just outside of Tørresø, you will find Otterup featuring a range of shops and eateries. And in the summer, you can even enjoy the weekly markets where you can buy local produce and de­li­ca­cies.

Located on the southern tip of Langeland, the pleasant holiday village of Bagenkop is home to one of the best beaches on the island where you can soak up the sun and swim in the clear water. Pre­vious­ly, Bagenkop was a busy ferry town and you can still get that feeling when you take a walk along the harbour that overlooks the small well-preserved fishermen cottages. From the quay, you can enjoy the sight of the colourful fishing boats and meet the local fishermen hauling in the catch of the day. You can also put on your hiking boots and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the wild horses grazing at Dovns Klint; and if you are lucky, you might spot a porpoise or two in the green sur­ro­un­dings.

Reersø is a small seaport on the peninsula of the same name, located on Northwest Zealand. The small seaport is charming and idyllic. Here you will find one half-timbered house after another along the town’s country roads. The houses are very well preserved, and several of them date back to the 1600s. In addition to the historic charm of the town, you can also explore the lush natural sur­ro­un­dings in these parts of Zealand. Along the coast, you can enjoy the view of the Great Belt, and try your luck with a fishing rod. Reersø is less than a 30-minute drive from Ka­lund­borg.
