This means that nature and wildlife are wild and secluded, so you might get lucky and see rare birds and other animals, or ex­pe­ri­en­ce wild orchids and specta­cu­lar coastal en­viron­ments close by. A stone’s throw away is Ulvshale Strand, one of Møn’s best beaches. The cosy little island of Nyord is just off the coast and is de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit, while Møns Klint is not far.

Just a stone’s throw from Løkken, you will find Furreby and from here, you have the most beautiful views of the roaring waves and dune landsca­pes of the North Sea. If you are a history buff, this is the place to explore in order to learn more about the World War II. Along the coast, you can find a number of overgrown bunkers that bear witness to the hi­sto­ri­cal past of the area. And if adventure and the need for speed are more your thing, you can also jump in the water with a surf- or pad­dle­bo­ard.
